Aaron Susi
Though he has traveled all around the U.S. playing soccer, Aaron is back in his hometown of San Diego where he grew up watching the Sockers’ games as a kid and playing on the team in the 2002-2003 Season. After playing with the Mission Bay Soccer Club in his youth, Aaron attended San Diego State University where he led his team in scoring during his junior and senior year. Between 1993 and 1996, His 78 career points tied for fifth best in Aztec history and his 28 career assists tied for third best in the school’s history. In addition to his time with the Sockers, Aaron went on to play consecutive seasons for the Arizona Sandsharks, St. Louis Ambush, Wichita Wings, St. Loius Steamers, Cleveland Force, as well as the Philidelphia KiXX. Joining the California Cougars for the 2006-2007 season, and again last season, Aaron assisted in the Cougars’ championship win in 2008. While a great deal of his time will be spent on the field with the Sockers this season, off the field, Aaron spends his days surfing, golfing and travelling.
