Get your Sockers tickets on your mobile device. Pechanga Arena San Diego is fully digital for all tickets. Please see the instructions below to access your tickets.
GET YOUR TICKET ON YOUR MOBILE DEVICE
Download the AXS Tickets app in the app store on your mobile device or visit AXS.com.
Under the sign-in page, select the Create Account tab. This will prompt you to enter your First Name, Last Name, Email Address, and password.
Please use the same email address associated with your Sockers ticketing account. If you are unsure of which email this is, contact the Ticket Department.
If you want to change or update your email, contact the Ticket Department.
A verification email will be sent to the email you provided.
After clicking the verification link, you will now have access to your Sockers tickets through your mobile device or at AXS.com.
Once in the AXS app, select the Ticket icon on the bottom of your screen. This will show all your tickets for the season, as well as any additional tickets either purchased or transferred.

WHAT IS AXS MOBILE ID
AXS Mobile Delivery is digital tickets that you use with your mobile phone. Like e-tickets from an airline or movie theater, they make getting into events easier than ever.
HOW DO I TRANSFER TICKETS
You can transfer tickets in the AXS app or on AXS.com. Select the game you would like to send tickets for and click the transfer button. Next, select the specific seats and type in the first name, last name, and email of the recipient. You have the option to add a note for the recipient. Once you confirm the transfer, your recipient will receive an email with instructions on accessing their tickets. They will now see their tickets in the AXS app on their mobile device or in their ticketing account at AXS.com.
WHAT DO I DO IF I SENT THE TICKETS TO THE WRONG EMAIL ADDRESS
Tickets transferred to an incorrect or misspelled email address will still exist in your AXS account with the ability to be recalled. Tickets transferred to an existing email address would need to be transferred back to you by the recipient to be redeemed in your AXS account again.
CAN I DOWNLOAD AND PRINT MY TICKETS AT HOME TO BRING TO THE ARENA
NO! Unlike e-tickets, AXS Mobile ID tickets are digital and cannot be printed for venue entry. These tickets have a QR code that changes every 60 seconds, so taking a screenshot or printing a hard copy will not allow you to enter the arena.
WHAT IF I AM ATTENDING THE GAME WITH A GROUP
If you're attending with a group, make sure that everyone enters the arena together. The group leader can open all the tickets in their AXS mobile app and scan group members in one at a time. If some of the group is arriving separately, tickets can be sent to other members of the party using the AXS app's transfer capabilities.
WHAT IF MY PHONE DIES BEFORE ENTERING THE ARENA
If your mobile phone loses charge prior to entering the event, please go to the box office located outside the North entrance of the arena for assistance. Alternatively, you can access your tickets from a different phone by using the AXS app and logging into your personal account without the need for transferring tickets.
WHAT IF I CAN'T FIND MY TICKETS ON MY AXS ACCOUNT
If you are unable to see your tickets, first please confirm that you have signed into the correct AXS account using the email address associated with your Sockers membership or account. Next, confirm that you are selecting the correct corresponding game date and opponent. Lastly, make sure that the tickets haven't been transferred to another account already for that game. Once you complete this checklist and are still unable to view your tickets, please contact the Ticket Department for further assistance.
