HOW TO CONDUCT A FUTURE GAME TICKET EXCHANGE:
STEP 1: EMAIL THE TICKETING DEPARTMENT THE FOLLOWING:
1. NUMBER OF TICKETS NEEDED TO BE EXCHANGED
2. WHICH GAME YOU WOULD LIKE TO EXCHANGE OUT OF
3. WHICH GAME YOU WOULD LIKE TO EXCHANGE INTO
•Future game exchanges must be submitted no later than 48 hours in advance of the game you want to exchange out of or attend.
•Exchanged tickets will be located in the same price category and as close to your current seat location as possible, based on availability.
STEP 2: RECEIVING YOUR EXCHANGED TICKETS:
•Exchanged tickets will be sent via AXS E-TICKET to your AXS Account.
ADDITIONAL GUIDELINES:
•The original Season Tickets may be exchanged only once. Tickets that have already been exchanged may not be exchanged again. Exchanged tickets may not be combined with group sales orders or events.
•Future game exchanges are on a ticket-for-ticket basis and may not be combined to exchange for tickets in a higher price category or multiple tickets in a lower price category.
•Only regular-season home games are available for a future game exchange. Single-game tickets, group tickets, and playoff tickets may not be exchanged.
•Up to ten (10) tickets may be exchanged for a future game, based on availability.
