Sockers Hosted Annual Non-Profit Summit
The Sockers Community Relations Department hosted its 2024 Non-Profit Summit & Social on February 15 before the Sockers/Outlaws game in Pechanga Arena's Stella Lounge. The event is the area's only non-profit seminar hosted by a pro sports team. More than 25 attendees took part in two presentations geared to help non-profits learn best practices in several areas by the San Diego Blood Bank and OAK (Oncology And Kids). After the presentations, Sean Bowers, Sean Callahan, Charlie Gonzalez & Sunny The Mascot visited for a Meet & Greet and participated in an opportunity drawing for Sockers swag. After the Summit, the attendees were seated in The Party On The Pitch Suite to watch the game. Each guest received a swag bag valued at $125.
